I have lived here for the past 3 years and in that time have seen a lot of changes for the better. The new manager has worked really hard to clean the place up including new roofs, tile, laundry facility, fences, security cameras and regular lot cleaning. Whenever I lock myself out or have a maintainance problem they always take care of it within a day or two. The price is great for students and two of my pals from school are trying to move in, but they are stuck on the waiting list! Oh - and right next door to a grocery store ...
