Even though the area around this place may not be so welcoming and great of a thought, the place itself is amazing. Yes, there is a slight mold issue, and yes you will have to clean alot when you move in. yes, there is tons of space, and i mean TONS. There is a spider problem, but what place in florida DOESNT have one. The manager is amazing, I love him to death. He's helpful and understanding and anyone who holds a two minute conversation with him will learn that right away. He does almost anything for you within reason. He understands when you're going through hard times, and is there to listen even if you have a problem that has absolutely nothing to do with the place you're living in. Overall, it's worth more than the money you pay for rent, especially for a landlord whose that understanding. It's a great place, regardless.

I can certainly agree about Farris the manager. He is simply a wonderful, understanding, kind, caring man. With that said, a picky renter will not be happy here. He serves his market well and provides a service for a reasonable cost. It just was not acceptable to me to have black mold growing all over the bathroom and dried pee on the wall when I moved in. For what the place is worth, some mold removal would probably not be a bad idea. And for $100, a cleaning service could take care of the pee and grime and not make moving in such a hassle.
