I have lived at the Village for the past 5 years and I have no intentions of looking elswhere. The rates are the best for all utilities paid and furnished apartment. They are always renovating and making improvements to the property. Management is friendly and helpful. They also enforce the rules regarding those who think they are in high school. Most of the neighbors are good with the exception of the spoiled college brats that parents send down here to go to AMI or Embry Riddle because they can't deal with them either. Usually those jerks get kicked out before their lease is up anyways. The village is my home away from home and I plan to retire here.
