The maintanence supervisor is a horrible person that lies and belittles females. He doesn't care what gets fixed or how just so he doesn't have to do anything himself. The crime sucks and they are projudice on where you will be placed if they like you and think you will be a decent resident you will go in the front of the complex if they think you are scum they will put you in the back. BEWARE THEY LIE

The bad review was obviously from someone who is a nasty, "horrible" person themself! I have never had any problem with the maintanence supervisor and I have lived here for 5 years. David is always helpful and IF something cannot be fixed right away, he always keeps me updated on the progress. I live in the back section of the property and love it. It sounds to me like the person who wrote that review has bigger issues than the maintenance supervisor. They wouldn't be happy living anywhere!!!!!
