STAY AWAY

I had just moved down here from NY and was looking for a house. I have pristine credit, and owned my apartment in Manhattan. Ergo, I hadn't had any rental history in some time. These bozos required me to put down a $700 deposit. I was really peeved by that, and I almost walked away, but the location was perfect for my business. THEN, I had several problems with noise from my neighbors (which can happen anywhere), but rarely complained. Whenever I tried to speak to the neighbors they ignored me, so I began responding with my own noise. The next month I got a letter from management threatening me with eviction. When I responded with the truth, I was treated very rudely and with insouciant contempt. Fortunately, I began sending management certified letters with my complaints. It got so bad, I was forced to move out early. Of course, dealing with management was not an option, so I had to sue. At least I got most of my deposit back. Like most real estate management companies, these people don't care about you. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.
I hope this helps someone.
