This place is the worst, maintance is beyond the point of slow. Management is so rude and when you get up close to the walls how gross they should be shut down for how nasty the people running the place are. And don't try to call coperate to get anything done they don't return call either.

New company bought this Lovely Communitie In 2006. We have a very high renewal rate. Our monthly renewal rate runs anywhere 85% to 96.6% This has been the norm for the past 12 months.
