We have lived here for 5 months now and are very pleased with our choice of apartment and plan on renewing our lease. The manager, Anthony, is very courteous and and helpful, and when you're looking to lease he is very straightforward and not high pressure or phony. The apartment itself is great (2 bed/1 bath), though fixtures and cabinets aren't exactly top notch nothing is broken or falling apart. Water pressure is great! We feel we have privacy, and enjoy the vaulted ceilings and a nice view of the "lake."

Noise is minimal, rent seems to be average, and we haven't had any problems with our apartment or the community. There are W/D hookups and a laundry facility on-site, but it's too expensive--I would definitely recommend buying a used washer/dryer. Water is very cheap, but electricity can easily run you $130-$150/month. There is no extra fee for having pets.
