I only have good things to write about Anthony but bad things to write about the apartment itself. The neighbors i had were drug dealers who had people running in and out at all times of the night. the noise was loud. slamming of door! the noise upstairs was as bad as you can get. maintanence...yeah right! i complained about everything from the smell of my rug to the broken water pipes that caused my water bill to be in the $40 range for my last 6 months (one month i was out of town the entire month and it was $36). i had no screens on my windows and no closet door. the office knew about it the entire time and never got fixed! the sliding glass door was backwards. this meant that i coulnt use it because there was no screen. i left on bad terms because none of these things were complete for THE ENTIRE YEAR! the swimming pool was great but the hot tub NEVER WORKED! the laundry room was expensive and i ALWAYS had clothes stolen. thank you for the stay but i would recommend staying at a hotel where you pay by the week down beachside than i would this place!!!

I couldnt agree with you more on this review, yeah the complex is a nice place and located close to the elementary school for those with kids, but there are in fact drug dealers living in bldg 7 especially. They are suppose to be doing renvations on the apts but as far as I've seen they just resprayed the tubs and placed these tacy lookin counter tops that I think look like wall paper. CHEAP!!! COME AT YOU OWN RISK!!

girl i agree, i dont know which is worse the staff especially the manage or the facilities.

I lived at the Wood Forest for 3 years. If you are planning to get a quiet place better look somewhere else, or the highest floor, cause you can hear every and each step your fellow neighbor does, and that's nothing comparing to the other sources of noises you hear. And regarding your security deposit, you can definitely kiss it goodbye because no matter how clean and neat you leave your place they will find a way to penalize you (perhaps the majority of complexes do that), but what made me really upset was the fact that they even broke the screen in my porch in order to collect the money. The rent it's not bad at all, but if you can afford the Anatole, do not hesitate. However, I heard that at the Anatole they also manage do keep your Sec Dep. The management is not so bad, he treats guys better, that's for sure. Over all I would give a C .
