hey i like the area and the fact that its right next to publix and walgreens.Also close to school.Its a quiet neighbourhood with no dramatics,very safe place(we leave our doors open all the time)hence me not saying our apartment number.I think it has a great amount of space the kitchen is bug enough,the living room is comforable and the upstairs is the same.Only setbacks to the place is the downstairs bathroom sometimes blocks but less occasionally nowadays,like a few houses you can hear people walking upstairs but its not quite loud.But atleast no one lives above you.I prefer it to your regukar apartment.Ps its a very young neighbourhood most people are college students or thereabouts.I should have one disclaimer about the choices i ticked off.Its more like owning a house than living in an apartment.I've never had a need for security people patrolling the area,no need for a gym(cause golds gym is across the street)don't know where the office is(it wasn't necessary,
