I have lived here at Applewood for 2 years my lease was up and I took a job transfer out of state. I have lived in many apartments and I would say that this one truly has the perfect staff here from office staff to maintenance staff. They have always been friendly, honest, and completed any and all maintenance request in a timely manner. I seen some of these reviews it makes me feel that the people who used to live here thinks these apartments are a class A property when for sure they have never been more than a b or c property but with that said you will always get a nice clean apartment, pest control, nice clean grounds, and things will get done when you ask they don't put you on the back burner like most communities do. Give them a chance the price is always right and they always go the extra mile for you.
