During the day, the appartment complex appears to be an oasis of piece and quiet. At night it becomes a hangout for people with too much idle time. The facility is poorly maintained, with almost no hot water, broken appliances and a filth laden parking lot. The environment has served as a safe harbour for at least one registered sex offendes. Of course, it is all masked behind a nice appearance to sucker in the innocent victims. The management is notorious for having been involved in litigation with many of its tennants. So, if you hate your life, come and live at the Courtyards. It will make your life that much more miserable.
