This has to be the worst apartment complex ever and I have lived in three. I wish that I never gave up my other apartment, unfortunately I had to move closer to work.

My apartment has been a storage unit for a waterheater that was supposedly my replacement for four months now. I have waited patiently as I received a notice saying that it could take 4 weeks. I have been calling and calling and I have received nothing but excuses. My air conditioner has broken down 5 times since I moved here a little over a year ago, I had a maintenance worker steal my numbers off my door for another apartment that new tenants were moving into. I have a leaking sink that I have asked to repair several times. A dishwasher that does not wash but was told that it works fine. The electrical wiring is all messed up. I still have a hole that has yet to be repaired in my bathroom wall since I moved in. The security guards at the gate is a joke it gives a false sense of security even though a statement (letter) was received stating that no one between the hours of 7PM - 7AM would not be let in without calling the tenant for permission. I have yet received a phone call and people showing up at my door that I did not even call to give notice that they were coming. The development has deteriorated in the last several months, there is beer bottles everywhere which can damage cars. When I called the leasing office to complain about this they told me to let them know who it is and then they will do something about it.

This complex has been a nightmare and has been very unprofessional. I have been more than patient with everything and have been more than willing to cooperate but enough is enough!!!!!! If you are looking to live here keep looking somewhere else!!! Nobody deserves to be treated as poorly as the residents here especially when we have to put up with so much of their lack of professionalism and antics.
