Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Drugs and alcohol at the pool nightly. Crack baggies left on the ground. Strangers jump the fence (then broke it) to party in pool at night. No gate now at pool. Noisy neighbors (thin floors and walls). Dishwasher catches on fire regularly. MOLD. No enforcement of rules. Mgt does not screen residents (anyone can move in). Gated community that lets anyone everyone in - big joke. Noise in the middle of the night in the parking lot and breezeways. Not a safe place to live. Mgt doesn't care. GHETTO.
