Gated community' Luxury Apartments' Please...this place is a joke. The gates are supposed to be automatic with a barcode, but the gates have been broken since they installed them and now they are wide open. Anyone can now come and go as they please, which they do at all hours of the night. The model they show you is very nice, but the actual apartment they give you is a clapped out beat up dump, our bathrooms have more stucco patch than wall, the prefab tub and walls are always drooling mold from the seams. In the kitchen and laundry room the vinyl flooring is stained and cut up. With a heavy rain all the windows leak including the sliding glass doors, and during hurricaine Wilma the water was pouring in the windows that faced the wind and shaking and rattling like crazy. The neighbors upstairs sound like cattle walking and slamming doors(thin walls and floors), when we went to management they said it is something we should get used to being on the ground floor, they did not even try to solve the problem! I have lived in many ground floor apartments but never one this thinly built. Loud drunken groups party at the pool at late hours of the night, the lock was busted to the pool and has never been fixed during the year I have lived here. The car wash station is always broke. People crawling the parking lots at all hours of the night from the surronding hood which isnt the best, not safe at all for my girlfriend. To call this a luxury apartment is a massive overstatement, you can have all of this for only $1060 per month! When we moved in our rent was 960 and they want more for this slum! We lived here from 12/05 to 12/06. My lease is up and I am moving out of here.

Your so accurate with it all. I wish I'd known of this sight before i signed a lease!
