I have lived in the courtyard for 2 years. It was a great starter apartment for me. Parking is very bad! But otherwise, the noise and upkeep of the place is alright. It is a good price for the area, there are lots of families with kids in teh complex. The security is very good, they patrol around all the time. I was happy here,I recommend it to anyone who wants a small place to live for a while.

So you're saying you never had any problems with your apartment and everything was peachy keen? Somehow I doubt that. How much are you getting paid to say such nice things about a place that is nothing but a ---- hole?
