I have been here 7 years. The first 3 were great, then things started changing, higher rent, less management. The big mistake here was combining all onsite management offices into one. Dispite what the ads say, there is NO after hours maintenance, NO gated entry. The overall appearance is good at the management, leasing office and grounds by the main roads, take a drive into the apartment complexes and you will not see the same beautiful landscaping, etc. The pool area is dirty, the gym is a joke, the apartment outside looks horrible, parking is not good. They are now asking for another security deposit for me to renew after 7 years. I feel they should pay me because the standards are not what I moved to.

Wow you are so right !! The pool area is horrible. Be careful at night because outsiders have parties all night drinking and smoking and doing whatever else they do. Broken glass in the pool and outside of the pool. The gate on the pool is broken and has been broken for the past 4 months. The gym ha ha what gym it's been locked for the past year because of vandolism...Well where is security when you need them??? They say use the gym at the leasing center. Well I would but it's packed and you cannot get on any of the machines. You have a so called "trainer" in there who brings all his clients to train so of course there is not room. Well I've been there for over a year 1/2 but will not be renewing our lease. Enough is enough ...
