Between the old appliances, used never new carpeting and leaking rooves who wouldn't want to spend $1000 a month. The roach infestation really makes you want to call this community home. I lived there for 1 year in which i had to either come out of pocket for damages on the apartment so it was suitable to live in or wait 3 months and 15 complaints later for the complex to fix it. Plus the community offered numerous activities like dirty swimming pools, cold hot tubs, broken tennis courts, security guards that do not secure the area, plus a gym where 1/2 the equipment never seems to work and definitly the most unproffesional managment staff you can ask for. So if you happen to rent here make sure when you first move in you mark off everything thats wrong with the place and check it well (you'll be surprised what you'll find behind ur washer and dryer). When you hand the check list into the office make sure to ask for copies because when you move out the tend to loose your info and charge you for damages caused by previous tenants(lucky for me I had a copy) After a month or 2 of disputes you might even get your deposit back.

So if you have the money spend it and go to a better community.
