I have been living in this community for more than 5 years and I can tell you that what I am paying and the space that I have as well as so close to the beach you can not find around this area. This is why I am still here and I am planing to continue living here. I recomended as a great value!

I'm sorry but since these apts. have new owners the place is going down hill so fast. Have you taken a look at the apts. outside?? They are a disgrace. Friends come here and are amazed at the horrible sights. Security here? What security are they talking about. Oh the guards that stand by and let everyone pass whether they live here or not?? How about the helicopters that circle the courtyards at midnight trying to locate convicts ! This place is pathetic...Now the pool's door is broken off for the past 3 weeks. The gyms window is broken and has been broken for the past 6 months. The fountains have been broken and the kids feel free to skateboard in them. Again, we only have about 5 months before we can leave this place and I can't wait. Don't waste your money. It's not safe. I believe the good reviews are coming from the leasing office so people are not afraid to rent here. It is not a safe place for anyone especially kids to live here.
