We have lived in Tivoli Park for going on Four years now. While we have had our share of maintenance problems I must commend the Office Personnel for the way the continually handle my situations. Meredeth always goes out of her way to make sure that I get my problems solved, and its not even her job to do that! The maintenance crew does take longer than I believe they should to fix the problems, and don't always do the best work but for the apartment size we have.. the money we pay is very reasonable especially for South Florida.
I have read a lot of reviews here saying that the office personnel do not take care of you, but I strongly disagree and think we need to make clear that it is in fact the maintenance people who don't do their jobs, but the girls in the office have been nothing but overly helpful to me and my family.
If you are looking for a good sized apartment and a pretty quiet area, for the money.. this is the best choice.

ok You definitely must be Meredith posting this review. I totally disagree that maintenance do not do their job. They are very limited due to a reduction in staff several years ago and they do the best they can with what tools they have. As for the office?? The leasing office does nothing ! They only lease these horrible apts. to whoever will pay for these dumps. I can go on and on and on but it's not worth it. We are moving very soon to a much prettier and cleaner environment.
