WE DO NOT KNOW WHY THESE APARTMENTS HAVE NOT BEEN REVIEWED YET BUT THEY ARE THE BEST APARTMENT COMPLEX WE HAVE EVER LIVED ABD WE ARE IN OUR FIFTYS...THEY ARE EXCELLENTLY KEPT BY GEORGE THE OWNER-MANAGER, EXCELLENT LOCATION WALKING DISTANCE FROM SHOPPING, THE BEACH, INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY, AND VERY REASONABLY PRIZED FOR THE RENTALS....WE HIGHLY RECOMEND IT...ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10, WE GIVE IT A 10 PLUS.
