We have lived here for four years (since April 2003) and it's a great place. Don't know who Gini and Carlos are but the description is true. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurants. Really great for adults, but not appropriate for children. Quiet and although neighbors are friendly, everyone is private. George the manager is a great landlord, diligent about repairs and will help with anything you need. He lives next door and is always available.
