Not bad compare to what's out there.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I have lived here for a year 03/04 and am actually renewing my lease for next year 2005.
Pros: Grounds are kept nice, great pools and Gym. If you live up stairs the noise isn't too bad. Only hear people going up and down the stairs but I have pretty good neighbors so noise isn't a problem. Parking is good. Big apartments for the price especially the 1/1. Big washer and dryer.
Cons: Gated security is a joke, maybe when the gates finally start to work that problem will be fixed. Crime is somewhat high, mostly car theft and vandalism. My boyfriends car was broken into and my neighbor had her tires slashed twice and car scratched. My friend lives in another building and has had no problems so I guess its just bad luck. Walls can be thin and the floors are not very solid. No closet space in the 1/1.
Were actually down grading from a 2/2 to a 1/1 and were moving to the back of Siesta where the newer apartments are so maybe some of these problems will be resolved, hopefully the security will get better also.
Mostly we like it here, great location and close to I95 and the beach. Mostly a quiet neighborhood just have to protect you car with anti-theft system.
