I moved down from Wisconsin and I advised them i would be moving in on this certain date and confirmed and they were not ready for me. I got there and the "gentleman" was very rude and arrogant to me. I asked to see the apartment before i signed the paperwork. When i went to look at the apartment while my walk thru there was a gheko running thru the apt. I told him that really wasn't cool to see as you move in. His reply was "this is Florida get use to it". The bathroom wasn't clean a lot of dirt all over the apt before i moved in. I had a torn screen on one bedroom window and the other window didn't have any screen at all. This took a few weeks to get replaced. I also filled out a form for UPS to make deliveries to the front office. Even with this paperwork on file the office kept rejecting my UPS shipments. I had to sign paperwork for my credit card to be used for rent. First month using it i got a late notice. They never told me I had to call them to authorize every month to charge my card. I called the office manager. I got this rude Gentleman twice in the morning and said i would like to speak with the office manager. He advised me she wasn't in and he'd let her know. I called a 3rd time and got her (thru another resident person). I advised this lady I had a few issues i needed to talk to her about and the conversation was being recorded. She would not speak with me. She would only speak with me long enough to figure out the issue with payment. She said if you wanna talk to me you will come into the office i am not going to be recorded and then hung up on me. THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!
