Both pools are ALWAYS dirty and the hot tubs are not hot. They charge extra to use the work out facility but will not tell you this until you go in to sign the lease.

The guard gate gives a false sense of security since there is rarely a guard there and the gate is opened 24 hours a day.

I was in the apartment for no more then 2 weeks when it flooded. They pulled up the carpet and drained the water and put a dryer in the corner. They said they would be back to fix the leak but after 4 days and 6 phone calls, they still have not come to fix the leak, even after they told me twice they were coming.

Now, I am putting my rent into escrow and examining my lease to try to get out of it and looking for a new apartment.
