Terrible...they gave me a 12 month contract to sign...when I was in a hurry because the cable guy and movers were waiting for the keys...Siesta Key staff could not wait one minute for me to open the door and come back to sign the contract...so they change the contract on me for a 12 month instead of the 7 months that I wanted...but never gave me the concession that comes with 12 months...they suck big time...they also refused to give me the manager phone number...so I got bad service and couldn't even complain.
