Siesta just changed owners on 8/1/05 and the new office mangers are horrible. All they say is "it's not our problem, call the old owners" I can not get back a $100 check for a security deposit for renting the clubhouse and I fear when I move out that I will have the same trouble getting back my security deposit. My shower knob broke, it took 3 reuqests and 6 weeks to fix....I had no hot water. Their is a bug problem. Parking is insane and people frequently block you in. This past Monday a guy was laying on the horn for 15 mins at 5:00 a.m. because someone had parked behind him and he couldnt leave to go to work. Its loud, many partments packed with young adults that party alot or 6 to 8 people living in a 2/2! The Security Gate has never worked! The pool is green! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
