it's a toss up

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
I have lived in siesta key for almost a year and now that i'm coming close to the end of my lease i don't have nearly as many problems as i did in the first few weeks or i/ve choosen to ignore them. First I had a serious rat problem, i mean i put traps inside my apartment and i caught 4 rats in 1 day. the maintenance people came and put traps inside that were big enough to catch a bear, clearly with a 3 yr old running around u can't have that sort of thing behind your bathroom door. The neighbors are ridiculous as far as partying goes.I think they rent to a lot of college student. One of my complaints to the office was, i'm 30 yrs old, i'm too old to be living inside a college dorm. The heavy foot steps from up stairs are really annoying at times, it seems there are more people living there than there should be, but none the less, my apartment has never been burglarized nor my car, which by reading other comments that's a blessing. My only major problems were the rats, the noisy neighbors, and my neighbors dog was taking a crap on my door step every morning. Security gate has always been a joke. they let anyone in, but won't let the people in that u want in. the rent is high for the type of service u sometimes get, but all in all i think it's a toss up. u might get lucky and u might not. it looks like i fell in between.
