The new management is the worst I have ever experience in the past 15 years, the management are use to harrased the tenants.
Before signing a contract read carefully because this contract is made to literally take advantage of you. You will find yourself loosing more money and time in the long run.
Also if you are planning to stay during the hurricane seasson, and expect damages to occur "think again" seven months after the huricanes and there is still leaks in the roofs, mold growing in the apartments, deebre in the hallways, and unrepair roofs.
By the way keep in mind that the same management manage all other propertiesin Tivoli Park, which are own by the same person.
You are in florida, you have options, I recomend you explore all other possibilities.

I agree with him 100% I just moved out of there. . life is so much more better. However they have not notified the electricity company or water company so i have bills due to me after i moved out. They are not answering the electric companys request so now I have letters from them demanding money when I wasn't even there. They pretty much raped me when i got out of my lease. Being there 20 days in February the took $3,200. YES I AM SERIOUS!!!!!! Phyllis sucks, Ayessa sucks. . .they're all morons there!!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! You'll be happy you did.
