Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
plane in simple this place is horrible. management, maintenance, securty are all poor. plus 3 out 7 days thier is no security. had my car stolem there. they have not yet recoverd from hurricane damage. only thing is a plus is location and a genius know location sells. please save your self the misery. pitch a tent at the corner of the hillsboro/95 exit, you'll be fine there.
