Two years as a resident. When I got the keys to my apartment I found a front door that has a bent frame, trying to wash my hands both faucets came off in my hand, later when tried to use oven as the smoke started coming out of stove found inside had been sprayed with oven cleaner and no one had washed if off consequently I had to chip it off with a putty knife before I could use it. Before the first week ended the toilet seat in my front bathroom fell off. In the last year my air conditioning unit has frozen up twice. I know that it is very old rusted and probably filled with mold. I requested my outside security light be replaced it took almost three months. The office staff is friendly when selling you on renting here then this same office becomes cold, rude, and offers no help for any problems. Resident Services is awful you are treated as a bother and getting repairs is a lengthy nightmare. The hot tub heater has been broken for 6 months and I was told by repair staff only way is to replace mechanism. The management refuses to fix this. I wonder if new tenants are told this when they are viewing the property. The lawn crew here is pathetic. They butcher the bushes, blow debris back onto the lawns and under the bushes so they do not have to bag it and throw it away. The qualifications to move in here now appear to be extremely low. You can see woman searching through the garabage bins. Most weekends the pool is taken over by certain groups and the party can go on all day and well into the night. Residents have broken the one gate to the pool so it can't be locked and they intentionally leave the other two gates open all night. The problem of junk being thrown down all over the property is rampant. I live on the first floor and the entire time I have one screened window out of four. Security here is spotty at best. Some evenings a person drives around in a small black truck with a yellow light that drives through the property however this person never gets out of vehicle to check anything. Overall this property gets a D- from me.
