Stayed at these apartments for a year. Around Feb. 2007, the temperature dropped and a family of rats sought refuge in the walls! I complain to management about the noise from the rats at night in the walls keeping me up most the night, so they sent someone over during the day to inspect and they concluded "NO INFESTATION DETECTED!" Well duh! They sleep during the day and are active most at night! The wouldn't do anything unless I actually saw one in the apt. Then it happened..some knocked over in the kitchen in evening and I knew it wasn't a ghost. They found their way in. I complained again to management so they came and laid traps out. 4 nights in a row, 4 large rats caught!! I mistakenly set out poison to strengthen the battle...big mistake!! One died in the walls and the apt reaked with dead carcas for a 2 weeks!!! Management lectured me for setting out the poison, rather than dealing with the problem before the made it into the apt!! Need I say more!!
