Don't waste a moment of your time checking out this place. There are absolutely no positive things I have to say about it. It was so ghetto I was embarrassed to have people over to my apartment! Old, falling-apart cabinets, ugly Formica counters, ancient vinyl flooring, crummy insulation, el cheapo carpeting, cracked plastic fixtures. Inadequate outdoor lighting, multitudes of car break-ins and vandalism, bass thumping cars driving by, shady characters drinking malt liquor out of a paper bag in the dark corners of the property. Garbage all over the place, the foul odor of dog poop everywhere (and be warned, ANY and ALL breeds are allowed here so if you fear Pit Bulls, FYI). Dirty, abandoned cars parked everywhere, dirty mail kiosk area, dirty parking lots.

Staff could not possibly be any more rude. The "gym" they offer is nasty and old and dirty and charge extra to use it! The gate is always broken and they let whomever in, all hours of the night. Both of my cars were broken into on this property and BSO warned me how bad the neighborhood was and I should get out of there.

On top of it all, out of everything I put up with, they only gave me back $50 of my $910 deposit!!! Made a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, after all I did still they would not give me a penny more. I have rented several times and have always gotten my entire deposit back, from landlords who were more than happy to have me rent from them. Unlike at Siesta Key, where they treat you like a bug stuck to the bottom of their shoe.

Do yourself and your family/roommates a favor... keep looking, it will be worth your time to spend a few more hours apartment hunting than to settle for this garbage. You've been warned...
