This was only an interim move after selling my place last year. All told, I'll be here a little over a year. It's a nice place to live, but the staff is unresponsive. You have to keep calling to get anything fixed. Also, they don't replace appliances until they're so junked and full of rust, they're disgusting to use. As a former (and future) homeowner, I would never let my appliances fall into such disrepair. At some point, they need to be replaced. I went through two washer/dryers before they finally gave me a decent one. This was after the second one nearly caught fire. Thank goodness for the smoke alarm! At least that worked!

Oh, and they "forgot" to tell me that I had to pay an additional $27/month for water, so I was incredibly surprised and pissed off when I got a late notice on my door the first month I lived there.

I can also vouch for the thin walls. I can hear my neighbor's conversations just as clearly as if I was there. When I talk on the phone, I make sure I go to the living room, where nobody can hear me (I hope).

On the other hand, I don't know what these other people are talking about regarding parking. There's always PLENTY of parking available. The only time I've had any problem parking was when they were repaving the parking lot.
