Problems seem to abound here... its decent enough place to come home to sleep but thats about it.

The parking here is totaly inadaqute, some cars have been in the same spot for months and the managmetns has still done nothing about it.

There is recycling, but good luck getting to it. The bins are behind the garbage dumpster and so you have to wade past the racoons and water to get to them...

Good luck with service requests... and what about major problems like ice makers flooding your place.. .dont worry they'll be there in about 3 days or so...

And if you dont mind hearing all your neighbors in your hall way talking all the time, then it it will be nice...

Overall this community really needs to do something other than just take your money...
