ghetto.. many problems

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Maintenance was good with fixing problems... but there were a lot of problems. Things that broke: Washer and dryer, garbage diposal in the sink, ice maker in the freezer, AC unit, sink faucet, and there's only about 4 minutes worth of hot water in the shower. Washer/dryer unit was replaced with a new one, which leaked all over the carpet and required another call to maintenance to fix the leak.
