I've lived here for two years. It was nice for a while, but since January of 2002 new management has taken over. Funny, since this is the change in management since I've lived here. At any rate, the new management is sub par. I've been waiting two months to get my dishwasher repaired! Here how it goes, on July 1, I complain that my diswasher leaks. They don't get aruond to look at it until July 30. And even then they leave a note saying that it can't be repaired. A week and a half goes by and they deliver a dishwasher to my apartment on a Friday saying it will be installed on the following Monday. I agreed. Since then, there has been a dishwasher sitting in my living room for a whole month while I've been calling management and making complaints. This complex stinks. Weather I move out of state next year, or not, I'm not renewing my lease nor will I recommend that anyone live here. Look elsewhere.
