I have lived in this community for two years now and I am ready to move out as well. The public floor is always dirty. The resident service people are rude. I just received a letter from the resident service saying they will briefly inspect the apartment between 8:30am to 5:00pm on "thursday" and "friday". and If they don't have the key, the resident need to make arrangment to be home. Ok....First of all, most of people work during the weekday. Who will actually stay home and waiting them to come' If they are really thoughtful, they should try to come at specific time or on the weekend. Second, this is my first time to receive this letter. I just would like to get more information(ex: what kind of inspection) from the resident service, so i called. This guy named mr. dan or dean is so rude. It seems like I bother him at work.Please..THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU SIGN THAT CONTRACT!!!!I am out of here!!!!

By the way, the tennis court is still un-useable since last year's hurrican!!! Just POOR maintance!
