I've lived here for about 5 years the only reason is because its located only 20 minutes east of where i work and i'm too lazy to look for something else. This is not a gated community anymore and hasn't been for the last 2 years but they didn't seem to lower anyone's rent. The Stairs/Floors are so dirty never cleaned..work orders are never done straight away and when they are finally done its never done right so you have to put the same work order back in again. A/C is constantly breaking down and even though its 95 degrees outside there no getting it fix pretty quick...expect to suffer and be miserable for quite a few days maybe a few weeks. They closed the gym down 2 years ago was suppose to open a new one but never happened so now everyone has to use siesta keys gym which your keys never work..never no a/c on in there and it always smells like skunk. Complex is pretty quiet sometimes but you can always hear your neighbours as the walls are paper thin. I think if i had the patience to look for a place i would be out of here like everyone else. I think the rents are getting a little expensive here though so maybe its time..Deerfield Beach is not the greatest place to live anyways...what does Deerfield Beach have apart from the beach''' Drive around check out the neighbourhood before you move in here...its not the safest place trust me!!
