We've lived here for just a year, and are leaving now that our lease is up. None of the "customer service groups" here (resident services, leasing office, maintenance) treat the residents here with any respect or care....
Examples:
In the first month, we had to get them to repair the bathroom 3 times as the walls were so rotted out that the tiles kept falling out after a couple of days being repaired. All they would do is throw them back up with new grouting, rather than fix the actual problem that the wall behind the tiles is rotten and constantly soaked. Massive mildew build up which is not good if you desire to remain healthy!

Our AC unit packed it in 3 times during the summer, including the third time where it actually had SMOKE coming from it! Maintenance said that they were too busy to come and take a look at, regardless of how serious it was. We called the fire department and had them come in. It was a good thing as they told us we very close to having a serious electric fire! When informed of this by the fire department, Maintenance said, "oh well, we still didn't have time to look at it"!'!

I have similar examples with the leasing and residents offices, but I'm getting too upset just thinking about it to continue!

Do yourself a favor and find some where else to live!
