I moved in with good faith. When I moved into my apartment the oven and dishwasher were solid black inside. I cleaned them up, but found in the process that the stove and dishwasher did not work. And the apartment complex would not fix them. The refrigerator was also broke. The maintenance staff did not fix any of the problems and would come in without notice to do as they would. The washer and dryer ruined my clothes. The paint was pealing in the bathrooms. There is more but you should get the picture.

Tivoli is the worse place I've ever lived. I had to find a place quick because my landlord defaulted and I was going to be evicted. The people that run this place are lying scumbags. You can't get anything fixed and the lease is written in stone. You bet your sweet butt I'll be moving out of here the day my lease is up.

The people that live in that apartment complex should file a class action suit.
