i just moved out and they also are trying to keep most of my deposit.
when we moved in, they had painted the tub and covered the BIG hole in
the tub-we called several times because the hole was exposed and everytime
we took a shower, water would run into the carpet and vanity area. now they
are charging us for this and many other things that are so not truc. water
was coming through the walls and when we went to move out- mildew and mold
were growing under are furniture-now they are charging us for the carpet repair
and painting and housekeeping that was not our fault. DO NOT RENT HERE EVER
THE STAFF ARE SO RUDE.
