The place was just awful. Drugs are everywhere. The day I moved out, the apt manager told me that he found a resident who had overdosed in my apartment block. Gym was poorly maintained. Walls are paper thin. Let's not even talk about how bad maintance is. And apparently the pool and gym are meet-up spots of anonymous --- hook-ups. So beware of the gym late on Tuesday nights. Not something you want to walk in on.
