Living here makes me feel like God is punishing me for wrongdoing in a previous life. The ladies in the leasing office are rude and incompetent. The people in Resident Services like to take a few months to complete any service requests. The repairmen like to bang the door down like a cop on TV instead of knocking like a normal person. The people they rent to are either disgusting pigs who leave their garbage all over the place (on the stairs, on the lawn, on the parking lot, on their porches), or they're college kids who think its ok to have loud parties every day of the week. Management likes to do illegal things that endangers one's health. For example, instead of cleaning mold and mildew as they are legally required to do before renting an apartment, they'll just paint over it. The caulking job done to my bathroom appliances was so bad that it all came off the first time I cleaned my sink and tub. When I told Resident Services about this nothing was done about it. I had to go more than two months without hot water when our water heater broke, and we went about a month and a half without a working dryer for our clothes. One of our neighbors has two huge dogs that take huge craps all over the front lawn so that each time I get near my apartment or leave my apartment the pungent aroma of poop fills my nostrils. I have also seen their (human)friends pissing on their own front lawn. Sometimes I wish I just lived in the streets rather than living in the gateway to hell. Oh yeah, and of course they have never been able to give me a working sticker to get past security, so I constantly have to wait in the guest line to get into my own apartment building. I do believe it is also illegal to deny entry to a resident who pays their rent on time every month. The low rent is the only reason I am still here, but honestly for what you get the rent should be somewhere around $400.

Find another place to live and move out. The courts will uphold your decision.
