poor mamagement/ no maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
 
this place is falling apart. since I moved in things have gotten progressively worst. Anything taht was ever broken is still broken the Maintenance staff is a joke. The rent go up every year, while new Leasee get great introductory prices.
