I have lived in Tivoli Lakes Club for 3-4 years, the maintenence is a joke, I was paying almost $200 a month for electricity because the a/c wasn't working right the whole time I lived there. Every time it broke they came in and half assed it and didn't fix it right so it was always running to keep the apartment cold. The office staff was always rude. Three apartments in my building alone were robbed while I was there, and thats only the ones I am aware of. When I moved out they charged me $600 to replace the carpet, which looked better than it did when I moved in, I shampood it myself every couple of months. There are a lot of creeps living there too, I stopped going to the pool because of the creeps bothering me while I was there. The people there don't care about other people's cars, my car has many door dings from the neighbors.
