I moved into this apartment almost two months ago and have had nothing but problems with the apartment and property management. The complex is beautiful, with a nice hot tub and manicured grounds, and floorplans are very nice, especially with the sunken living room in upstairs apartments. But that is where the 'luxury' ends...Despite managements knowledge of a MAJOR roof leak, they rented me this apartment, which drips water from the ceiling of the bedroom and the closet, damaging my property, the ceiling, warping the walls and causing excessive mold growth and rotting boards in the attic from soaked insulation. For two months I have been battling property management, and twice they have sent roofers who did some little patch job and left, diverting the problem to a NEW part of the apartment. I pay almost $800 per month for substandard living conditions. The A/C was broken for the first two weeks I was here, the kitchen sink AND the bathroom sink leaked causing severe damage underneath, the stove didnt work properly, etc. Management's conclusion: Tough luck. No rent break, no response to maintanance calls, no concern. They tell me that the apartment has to be rented despite MAJOR code violations, if not to me than to someone else....so BEWARE!!!!
