In my opinion, the problem lies with most of the people that live here. If you come to the entrance every day, you know you have to have your entrance key. Why are you sitting at the gate fumbling for the key and holding everyone up' You should be ready. If youre picking up your mail, dont park in the handicap spot just because you think it will only take a second. In that so-called second a handicap person wants to pick up mail also. If you drop unwanted mail on the floor, for god sakes pick it up. There is a trash can rite next to you. If you have a dog and it defecates, pick it up, its the law. If you live on the second floor and on your patio, you decide to cut your hair or what ever else you do up there, dont just sweep it off. For god sakes, have some consideration, I live below you. I could go on but I wont, Im getting aggravated just thinking about it. A little consideration goes a long way!

Yes, I too have had problems with most of the appliances in my apartment. Yes, I have to tell management two or three times but it is getting fixed. I give management a little consideration because I know that Im not the only one having problems and it takes time to get to them all. I do blame the maintenance department for ignorance and empty promises. If you dont know how to fix it, say so, dont screw it up more than it already is, and find someone who can fix it. Dont promise me youll be back, when you know damn well youre too busy to even remember what you told me.

As far as getting back our deposit, that worries me. I believe there are two sides of the story. When and if I move from here I only hope that management gives me some consideration.
