Where do I begin'

Well I lived in Tivoli for 2 years.


It is a poorly built construction which noise easily travels through the walls of the building. Appliances are old and function poorly.

The plan must be to hold on to money and not invest in the property.

There are lots of bugs infesting.

Oh and the neighbors love dogs. Nobody cares if the dogs crap everywhere. The closer to your apartment the better. You might even step in it at night.

The management even knowingly permitted a resident to allow a rotwieler without leash on the premises. Maybe it will bite your kids face off.


It has no sprinkler system for fire protection.


The exercise room is dirty and poorly maintained.


There is no control of parking or visitation. Get used to parking far away. The night gaurds or whatever they are, will let just about anyone in on any excuse.


This area is a complex of several apartments which creates a lot of foot and car traffic. And extra noise!! Oh and you can hear I-95 quite nicely.

It sucks trying to get out since it is near Brandsmart which creates extra traffic.


One of my favorites is having the sprinklers on in the morning when you have to go to work. Make sure you have a raincoat.


The maintenance will come but probably won't fix it right the first time.


The lease is unfair to the tenant. It includes extra charges and a high deposit.


The staff is no to be trusted they lied unneccesarily to us several times.


The definitely will make promises and not follow through. I have heard and seen that many times. They did it to nice people several times.



How do you like it so far. Oh and what about the positives'

Well the rent is cheap.
