I have lived at Tivoli Springs for three years and I thought that the apartments served my purpose, but it was time to move on to better things. The layout of the apartment was fine. I did have some maintenance problems with the air conditioning in my second year, but the maintence workers promptly fixed it. My neighbors have generally been nice. The parking situation was also adequate, not great, but not a big problem either. When you come home at around 9 or 10 pm then you might have some problems finding a spot in front of your apartment. The hot tub and pool was always clean. I have to say that the management was always courtious to me and responsive. I do believe that the $100 rent increase is unwarranted. Tivoli Springs was a good deal for $800 a month, but not for $900. So, I left.
