Tivoli Springs Apartments

PLEASE READ From: yvonne.medina@xerox.com Date posted: 1/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I now live in New York with a wonderful career as a Court Reporter and a new house. I can tell anyone who is thinking about moving into Tivoli Springs to seriously, seriously reconsider. The reason that I'm writing on this website a year and a half later is because on my credit I have an eviction from Tivoli Springs, which is incorrect information. I will say this when I complained, things definately got done because I didn't hesitate to take it to another level. But everything everyone is complaining about is ABSOLUTELY 100% TRUE. The tenants that have good reviews, consider yourself very lucky. This place is the worst and quite frankly it's the management. They make your stay unbearable! You literally want to go into the office and just wreck the place becuase they are just so incompetant. And what pisses me off the most is that they don't accomodate you in any way. In my case, we didn't extend our lease, instead we went month to month. I believe for two more months after our lease expired. Tivoli Springs had a $2,200.00 deposit from me because at the time my credit was unstable. In any case, when we moved out I told Tivoli to keep the deposit for the month that we were moving and for any damages that were in the apartment. The as a result, just put an eviction on my credit. Nice right' So I call them to find out what the hell is going on and of course the same incompetant staff is still there. No one is able to give me any information as to why. I'm happy I'm im New York because if I was there I probably would handle this in a way that would potentially hurt me. The only person that I ever dealt with that was worth anything was Janet and she now works in their corporate office. So take my story for what it's worth. I promise you it's not worth the aggravation if you're a civilized person.
